اعمل في كبرى الشركات الخليجية العاملة في مجال التدريب والتنمية الذاتية كمستشار في إدارة الانظمة والتحول الإلكتروني 
تدرجت في هذا الوظيفية من عام 2007 فقد بدأت كمديراً لخدمات الفروع ثم عملت كمديراً لقسم المعلومات والتحول الإلكتروني وحالياً أدير اعمالي عن بعد كمستشا، بالإضافة لعضو مراجع في العديد من المجلات العلمية

أزعم بأنني من الأوائل الذين عملوا على ادخال مفهوم التعليم الإلكتروني للمنطقة عام 2009 وأول من نفذ مشروعا في التدريب الإلكتروني التفاعلي عام 2016 

قمت بتدريب المئات في الوطن العربي في مجالات التخطيط وإدارة الأنظمة

حاصل على درجة الماجستير في نظم المعلومات الإدارية من جامعة عمان العربية بتقدير إمتياز عام 2018
وحاصل على درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة النظم وشبكات الأعمال من جامعة فيلادلفيا عام 2005
